Fintuition (“the app”) is developed by Chris Cash (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
None. Fintuition has no user accounts and no sign-in, and contains no analytics or advertising. We do not collect personal information about you.
The app saves your progress locally — for example, which fish you’ve marked as “seen” — using standard iOS on-device storage. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed if you delete the app.
Fish range maps are shown using Apple’s MapKit. When a map is displayed, Apple may process the request to provide map data, subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive any location or personal information as a result.
Fintuition does not request or use your device’s location.
The app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Fintuition is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
The app is distributed via Apple’s App Store and TestFlight. Any information you provide to Apple to download or test the app is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
